Located in Mississippi, this unit belonged to a University in our neighboring State of Alabama since new, the University has an agricultural research lab about 70 miles from our shop/office at the AL/MS line and it was used by them at that facility, the majority of its life the tractor has been used in a hay field and/or general tractor work around the research facility. It was just replaced about a month ago with a new tractor because of age, not replaced because of any issues or problems! The tractor has always been stored in or under an equipment barn/shed, unless in the field working and left out a night or two, has been maintained by the book since day #1, small research center with only a few employees and a few pieces of equipment, they stay right on top of maintenance and servicing. It will fire right up from the ignition key, battery is hot and stays hot, tractor runs great, engine is strong and not slobbering oil, smoking, running hot or doing anything that it is not supposed to do, transmission/clutch are good, all gears in transmission work properly, brakes work great, lift arms work properly, PTO works properly, front loader and grapple work properly, air conditioning is cold, lights/dash display all work, tires are in good condition, hold air and can be seen in the photos! The tractor does have quite a few hours but has maintained by the book, is in very good condition, 100% operational and everything on the unit works just as it is supposed to, still has lots of life left in it, all attachments, front fenders and owners manual comes with it.
