No leaks, No welds, Pins & Bushings are like a 188 hour machine should be. We have not touched up the paint anywhere on this JD 110 and the front loader bucket and rear backhoe still have most of the original paint in them yet. Just take a look at the original paint behind the bucket on the bucket quick attach, excellent…. This John Deere 110 do have the front or rear aux hyd and a real nice option to have if you ever want to add a front mount grapple, snow plow, auger, or any other attachments. Both the front and rear aux hyd kits are no longer available and can not be added to a machine that does not have them. Just super hard to find these JD 110s in this condition and low low hours. Then you will have the new emission engines that everyone wants to stay away from. These John Deere 110s are just quality units and there’s a good reason they are labeled as commercial duty. Big difference in a standard compact and this JD 110 commercial duty unit. If you have chores to do and ground to move then this is the machine you need. Been in the equipment business for over 40 years and hear the same story all the time. I bought a new compact tractor loader backhoe but can not do much digging or loader work, just does not have the loader and backhoe power I need. This is a one owner unit and garage kept and in very very nice condition. The owner did light duty chores and was very very fussy the way it was taken care of and maintained. Only wish I had a dozen moe like this, just a unit that does not come around for sale that often in this condition and the best part about it is if you take good care of it and ever decide your done with it your going to be very surprised how these unit hold value.
