90% R4 Industrial Tires. Has exterior rust in spots. Has the popular Gear shift transmission all A1. Bush Hog Backhoe on back was removed and Not included. It’s History: This 790 has just 175 hours. It came from near the gulf coast so has some rust issues. It was bought new in 2005 by a water district near the gulf. They only used it 20 some hours before they figured out two years later they really didn’t need it. He passed away a couple of years ago and it was part of his estate. Although he always kept it inside his storage building the last 10 years the water district had it outside most of its two years there and the coast has casued rust around the edges in spots, and on spots on the hood and elsewhere but the main problem rust we see is around the fender edge section by where the top of the tire is. Tractor is straight and runs perfect. So this 30 HP Deere 790 will be a great bargain for someone who wants a strong workhorse. And neither has a canopy or the nicer #300 loader on it. Having said all that this 790 is in excellent mechanical shape with just 175 original hours. The original rear R4 tires are over 90% on back and 85% on front. Has the upgraded heavy-duty #300 Loader with JD quick-attach bucket. Excellent standard gear shift transmission on this 790. While hydrostatic is a hotter transmission these days a lot of people including myself prefer the long lasting standard transmission – unless you’re doing an extreme amount of loader work. The easy to use standard transmission is powerful, quick and will last a lifetime. The gear shift lever selects 1 of 4 Forward gears or can go reverse. The Range shift lever selects a high or low range giving you 8 Forward and 2 Reverse. These 790’s have live PTO too a great option for mowing and brush hogging. Loader type: John Deere 300. Height (to pin): 112.8 inches. Clearance, dumped bucket: 68 inches. Breakout force (at pin): 1,728 lbs. Breakout force (bucket): 1,115 lbs. Lift to full height (at pin): 740 lbs. Raise time to height: 3.2 seconds. We have a choice of 3 brush hog rotary cutter bush hogs. Tractor runs very good A1 and has no issues. Starts very good even in cold weather with glow plugs. We just did a full service on it including new engine oil and filter, and new hydraulic, air and fuel filters. 60.90 mile one-way if over 500 miles.
