This compact heavy-duty tractor has been very dependable for me, which is why i kept it for nine years. I’ve done regular maintenance (oil/hydraulic fluid/filter changes). Now i’m moving to southern california for work and will not have use for it, nor a place to store it. It is pictured with the floorplate taken off, which i have.. Since i live at 7,000 foot elevation, i kept the floorplate off to get heat from the engine. Both seats have been replaced, as they wear over time. The tractor has new tie-rods. I replaced the kubota engine about four years ago, with another used one having 700 hours. I have since put about 30 hours on it. Comes with a new battery. I discovered the tractor was used in a commercial rental-business, as i coincidentally found the mechanic who serviced it. In the rental business, the machines are religiously maintained (as you know when you pay their top-dollar rental prices). I estimate i’ve put 200 hours on it in the last nine years. I’m already regretting having to sell this, and upon returning to rural az in the future i will get another one.
