THERE ARE A NUMBER OF IMPLEMENTS INCLUDED IN THIS SALE/LISTING. I WANT TO BE AS HONEST AS I CAN, SO BE PREPARED FOR A FAIRLY LONG DESCRIPTION BELOW. As you read on you will quickly come to realize that I highly maintain my equipment and over service things if that is even possible. Most of the tractors usage/hours have been accumulated by cutting my ¾ acre lot here at home. No one other than myself has ever operated any of the equipment during my ownership. I have fabricated dollies for the FEL, Backhoe, Snowblower, Quick hitch, Grass catcher, & have a set of special wheels for the Belly Mower that allow each implement to be easily moved around while in storage. After having used any implement & upon removal from the tractor itself, I have always cleaned it, repainted any areas that sustained paint damage from use, and always service &/or grease the implement. I likely have some additional filters & belts I can pass along to the new owner if they would like. This is an all for one price listing. My preference is to let everything go as a package deal/price. I have a 3 binder of the various manuals & most of the parts manuals for the tractor and most of the implements. I will describe each piece of equipment below: Kubota BX25 — the tractor itself has been used primarily for cutting and bagging grass on my ¾ acre lot here at home (approximately 153 hours on the meter). I have added a quick connect system to provide heat from the engine to heat the cab of the tractor for winter snow blowing. In addition I have wired two ELECTRIC switches for the snowblower on the right rear wheel well console (very convenient & comfortable location) that control the snowblower’s shoot for direction & deflection (very expensive option/addition from Kubota but well worth it). I utilized the mounting hole for the top of the ROPS to secure 2 adjustable work lights on the tractor. The tractor is serviced annually here by me with all fresh fluids & filters. FEL– the Front End Loader has been used 2-3 times for moving mulch to the wife’s flower beds around the house. After every use, it is thoroughly cleaned, bucket is repainted where needed, and all joints are greased when removed from the tractor & placed on its dolly (included with this sale) for storage. I also have a set of new never used BXpanded quick connect forks for the front of the FEL (included with this sale). Backhoe — the backhoe was used one time to remove a small tree root in my front yard. Total time used, maybe 30 minutes! Once again when removed, it was thoroughly cleaned, bucket was repainted, & all joints were greased when removed from the tractor & placed on its dolly (included with this sale). 54 Belly Mower — I have a manicured lawn & cut my grass weekly. It is not a huge yard and it is virtually tree free so there are no limbs to damage or dull mower blades. EVERY time I cut grass, I have ALWAYS removed the mower deck from the tractor (fairly simple to do), flipped it up and washed the bottom side thoroughly prior to reinstalling it for the next weeks mowing. This Spring I installed a new set of blades on the mower and sharpened the original blades (included with this sale) to have on hand as a spare set. The 2 rear scalping casters on the mower deck can be replaced with a pair of axles that have wheels on both ends of the axles for each caster location (included with this sale). Once installed, the deck can then be stood upright on its rear edge & rolled easily for storage purposes. Annually, at the end of each mowing season, I repaint the bottom of the mower to minimize any potential rusting issues. Since I recently stopped using the mower it is clean but it has not been freshly painted at this time. He had a stone driveway & didn’t like the fact that the SB’s shoes had a tendancy to allow the blower itself to dig into the small stones in his driveway while blowing snow. He fabricated large casters and adjustable frames which he then bolted to the back side of the snowblower. My driveway is blacktop and the casters work like a champ as you can see in the picture. They allow the SB to ride on the casters while blowing snow & because the casters swivel, there is virtually no impact on the steering of the tractor while removing snow. The casters have 3 positions but I have never had to readjust them, they work GREAT – Kubota should include them on all of their SBs (just my 2 cents). By now you likely know, that each spring when I remove the SB & QH, I clean them, paint any bare metal, & grease everything prior to placing them on their storage dollies (included with this sale). This spring while greasing the SB, I elected to install a new/fresh roller chain on the drive sprocket of the blower. I have additional lengths of roller chain precut and a new scraper blade for the bottom of the SB itself (included with this sale). Soft-Sided Cab — The sides of the cab are a vinyl & clear plastic material which has NO damage, holes, or signs of wear. I have added an interior switched overhead dome light and an exterior flashing strobe light system to the top of the hard plastic top of the cab. The strobe light system has 3 LED strobe lights on each side and the rear of the cab for a total of 9 flashing yellow strobe lights. In addition to the strobe lights on the side & rear of the top of the cab, I have added 2 halogen work lights on the front of the cab as seen in the pictures. I also installed 4 eye bolts in the top of the 4 corners of the cab’s frame that allow me to raise & lower the cab via a block & tackle (block & tackle is not included with this sale). I store the cab (covered) suspended from the ceiling of my larger garage. To install it, I simply back the tractor under the cab, dismount from the tractor, & then lower the cab in place. It secures to the BX via 4 small bolts in the front foot well areas & it shares 4 of the ROPS mounting base plate bolts in the rear. Very simple to install & remove. The cab has hinged doors on both sides and I installed a heater with an electric fan (Hi & Lo fan speed switch) this past winter. The heater itself is mounted to the interior frame of the cab & has quick connect lines that utilize the coolant system from the tractors diesel engine — it works really well!!! Once the heater has been on for a short time, I find myself either turning the fan to the low speed setting or off until I need more heat, it actually works that well. Once I had upgraded to my current BX25, it was obvious that the GCK23-BX grass catcher would not mount on the newer 3 point hitch setup. Should the new owner wish to return to the original GCs configuration, a simple & single cut with a hack saw or hand grinder on the GCs top link and reinstalling the shorter PTO drive shaft (included with this sale) will allow the GC to be utilized on virtually any (new or old) Kubota BX line of tractors. I did upgrade the vacuum hose to a heaver semi-clear unit this past spring as the original one had gotten damaged (long story). The current 3 bags on the GC are the original bags and are definitely in fine usable condition. FUNDS MUST CLEAR MY BANK PRIOR TO RELEASING ANY AND ALL EQUIPMENT TO THE NEW OWNER.
