I bought this machine about a year and a half ago. It has done its job for me so I no longer need it. It dug all of the footings for our 3500 sq. Home, cleared and helped construct a 350 ft. Driveway, dug and graded landscaping features and help dig an inground pool. My thoughts were Use it for a year and sell it or if I cant sell it I will rent it. With that in mind, the price is absolutely FIRM!!!! If I cant sell it, I know I can rent it out. I paid a little over 21K for it. It has 154 hours on it. It runs perfect and everything works like new. It does have some scratches on it please see the pics. One of the plastic covers on the cutting deck became loose and it vibrated and contacted the deck belt which caused it wear a hole through the cover. This is a wonderful workhorse of a machine. This tractor is in great mechanical shape, and has been well cared for. This package includes the Front Loader, John Deer finish mower and a 60 inch three point hitch back blade. It has an 8 speed manual transmission (plus 2 two reverse gears). It has very few hours (under 550), but could use quite a bit of touch up paint, as it has many paint nicks from getting smacked by branches as I cut paths through the woods. It has been stored inside its whole life. The mower deck has even fewer hours… I only used it the first two years I owned the tractor. The rear wheels are loaded with fluid to improve both stability and traction. The loader removes very easily (10 minutes), if you so desire. This tractor has amazing power for its size, and although it doesn’t get much use, has served me well. I will post pictures of the back blade and the mower deck tomorrow.
