Kubota M7040 71hp 4×4 Tractor with LA1153 Loader. 2150 hours (still in service) of light duty mowing using flail-style mowers. All functions as it should and has been well maintained. The metal is overall straight with a few dings and rubs given its age. Good brakes, no leaks. The paint is also good for its age and discolored in areas due to working in the sun (see photos). The interior is clean and never smoked in. We no longer have the acreage to justify a machine this size. See the additional photos of the interior and engine compartment requested. M7040HDC Kubota 4wd Tractor with LA1153 Kubota Loader. This is a one owner tractor, 2013 model, in excellent condition, 510 hours. Top of hood shows some slight fade which a wax will take out, rest of paint is bright and metal is straight. 4 cylinder turbocharged engine, 71 HP. Hydraulic shuttle shift, 8F/8R. Bucket is skid steer quick attach and bucket is self leveling. Rear tires are fluid filled. Top link, draw bar and manual included. Again, this tractor is in excellent condition, and is a PRE-EMISSION tractor. Questions are answered through emails as quickly as I can. Additional pictures available upon request. You do not have to pay ahead of time unless tractor will not be picked up for an extended period of time.
