1956 john deere 60 standard hi seat serial number 6058020, this tractor came out of a small collection where it has been for the last 15 years it was being used not just setting it starts runs and drives excellent, it has a rockhsaft ont he rear so you could add a three point hitch if desired, the guy i got it from had a three point on it and was using it, but he borrowed the hitch from someone else and had to give it back to the owner that is why it is not on the tractor now. The tractor does have factory power steering that does work excellent, only 2584 of the 60 standards were oproduced with a considerable less number with power steering and a rock shaft, the tractor runs excellent it always starts right up with no smoke and good oil pressure, the clutch, brakes and transmission are all good, pto works good, has all three lights, sheetmetal solid but does have a few dings, paint is nice not professional but good, the rear fenders are solid one of them does have some wrinkles on the bottom corner, the charging system does work, the tractor has a factory tach but is not working, rims are good and solid, the rear tires are 16.9/30 at 90% tread and in very good condition, one front tire is good th eother has a little bulge on side wall.
