1980 massey ferguson compact utility tractor serial number 00742, this little tractor has a 1.1 liter 2 cylinder diesel engine that has 20 hp, it starts, runs and drives very good, the brakes, pto, clutch, transmission all work very good, it has differential lock that works good, transmission is a 3 speed with hi/lo giving it 6 forward speeds and two reverse, also has a foot throttle, the rims are good and solid, rear tires 8/24 and have 80% tread they are older tires i was told they were the original tires, some checking but will last for many years. I talked with the previous owner he bought it new, it was always a good tractor for him, the tach. Does not seem to be working he said the hours are accurate at 1089, this is a low houred little utility tractor that runs and drives good.
