This listing is for (1) one LS Tractor Front Axle Vent Cap and Vented Dip Stick. This replaces the factory cap and dip stick for your tractor. Fits models that have both a cap (passenger side) and dip stick (driver side) on the front axle. Fits all the following models MT2, MT3, J, S, Plus, G, R, XR and XG. This new and improved combo kit keeps your front axle venting like it was designed to. Help prevent your front axle seals from future blowouts with this unique combo kit. Both the cap and dip stick have a built in filter, water/rain guard, that can be cleaned/serviced to help prolong life of the unit. Allows the axle to breath in both directions for expansion and contraction – unlike the factory design which only compensates for flow in one direction. These tractors are known to build pressure in the front axle, which can lead to costly repairs and significant downtime. Not designed for use in fully submerged conditions. 1978 John Deer 2440 this unit comes with a cab that is a rare thing to have on these orchard tractors. Exhaust is a downward manifold and goes out the back. New suspension seat installed January 2025. Front and rear tires are about 5 years old rears are filled with beet juice, fronts are tube. Unit just hit the 3k hour mark. Unit runs great, unit does have an internal leak 90% sure it’s an input shaft seal, I don’t have the correct tools or equipment to repair the leak. Sale does come with the service manual that gives you the step by step instructions for the repair and anything else you want to fix. 60HP at PTO, 52.3 at drawbar Asking 10,000 OBO.

John Deere 1445 series 2 front mower- 2wd, Yanmar diesel, about 30hp, hydro transmission with separate steering brakes, diff lock. Believe unit is in the mid 2000’s but the deck is newer, 2017 or 2018 I believe. Starts, runs, operates excellent. Cosmetic condition as seen n pictures, pretty respectable but not perfect as it is used- About 3350 hours. Comes with spare set of blades, think I also have manual if I can find it. Look us up, small company here in Vt. Good unit, we’ve mowed the shop lawn with it several times. Only issue I’ve seen is one steer tire has a slow leak, have to pump up every couple weeks.
