John Deere 40 Crawler
The crawler runs and drives good. Sometimes it sputters a little bit but that’s just because it could use a carb rebuild and cleaning.
It is the harder to find 5 roller undercarriage vs the 4 roller that a lot of them have. The sprocket and track chains are in good shape with no noticeable out of the ordinary wear. It has a blade on it that works good. The hydraulics raise the blade no problem and have pleanty of down pressure. It will lift the front end of the crawler off the ground no problem.
The front end had a guard over it and it is included in the sale as you can see in the last picture. So if your looking for a nice old john deere dozer this one is in good shape and would make a great restoration project or just use it around the farm.
