Up for sale is a restored 1950 industrial with a 4 valve Detroit 4-53 engine. This tractor runs out great and would be a perfect addition to any collection. This spring we made a few rounds with a 22′ Krause disc and could hardly slow it down. The fenders had zero rust and required no bondo or patching – some of the straightest fenders I’ve run across. It’s been fully gone through with no expense spared. 2 Stage Urethane Paint. Stainless Steel Fuel Lines. Polished Stainless Shift/Throttle/Hydraulic Knobs. Eaton Power Steering Upgrade. I do not want to sell it and I do not need to sell it. However, the plan for this machine was to go up north to our cabin and be used on our 30 acres. Since then I have a new neighbor Up North that retired from his own excavating business and still has choice equipment. I have been around this machine since new as a family member was the first owner. It has been stored inside except for when in use. For the most part it has been used as a parade tractor and pulled gravity wagons. I have done all 7 services and two of them were an ALL fluid change using Napa Gold Filters and Kubota fluids with the exception of the engine which has always had Shell Rotella. Machine has cab heat, air, stereo, cold weather package with rear wiper, block heater and battery maintainer. The machine has freezer cold air conditioning hot heat and you feel like the mac daddy trucker while operating this machine. The loader strength is amazing and top speed is 22MPH. Machine has dual rear remotes with electrical hookup, 8 speed shift on the fly hydraulic shuttle transmission and LA1353 quick tach loader with bobcat style quick tach. Machine has always been inside when not in use and as you can see most of the plastic is still on the seat. Machine still smells new and everything operates as new. As far as leaks, I took a picture of the two nickel size drops after it sat in my building for nine days. Machine is located in Niles Michigan 15 minutes form exit 83 on Indiana Toll Road.
