THE TRACTOR WAS USED ON A 15 ACRE PROPERTY FOR SOME LIGHT WORK. THE BUCKET ON THE FRONT IS RUSTED BUT WOULD SHINE RIGHT UP WITH WORK. THE TRACTOR HAS A NEW BATTERY AND STARTS RIGHT UP. ONE CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS THE TRACTOR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND WAS NEVER USED TO MOVE SNOW. TIRES, SEATS, PAINT ARE ALL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THERE ARE A FEW FLAWS IN THE PAINT BUT THEY ARE MINOR. THE TRACTOR HAS A 3 CYLINDER DIESEL ENGINE AND A MANUAL TRANSMISSION. TRACTOR IS LOCATED IN A TOWN SOUTH OF BUFFALO, NEW YORK. This 2000 is an oldie. It is not real pretty. But, it is all there. You will not find one of these that run any more smooth. Strong oil pressure and no smoke. > serial number 53666 shows that it is a late 1964 model. > 21201 model number means it is an AG model. Someone painted it yellow years ago. > Factory power steering. Pretty rare on these tractors. It helps while the tractor is moving. But, I would describe it as weak. The right steering cylinder leaks. > Sherman auxiliary transmission. Shifter is on left side. > original 6-volt electrical system. (starts great) it barely turns over once. Then fires right up. > Ford loader is very strong and quick. (it has had some welds done on it in years past). > tires are good. This is an old tractor that can do a lot of work just like it is. Or, a collector could remove the loader and restore it to its original blue. The factory power steering and Sherman auxiliary transmission would make it a prime candidate for restoration. And, the engine, transmission, pto, and brakes are very healthy. These are good little tractors that have been around a long time and are still in use today.
