1926 JOHN DEERE NICKEL D – Antique Classic Tractor Collectible Vintage. Here is a rare 1926 John Deere Nickel D. It has the correct Nickel D flywheel that goes with it (see separate picture of it from several angles) and it’s in perfect shape. Also the fenders aren’t bad but if you want a perfect set of correct 1924/25/26 John Deere fenders. Have pictures of those too. Here are the details on this 1926 early D: 25-30 Hours on Overhauled Engine Tractor Runs Well Nice original serial plate Serial # 37205 Hood is in nice condition DLTX-3 Carburetor Wico Magneto On Full, Correct Steel&###xA0; We received the tractor from an estate in Michigan and the farmer overhauled the engine less than 30 hours ago with new bearings, rings, head gasket and more. &###xA0; It does have excellent compression. &###xA0; We can pull start it for load out but we haven’t messed with the carburetor since last spring. They made fewer Nickel D’s than was the overall production of the Spoker D tractor. With new paint and the new fenders on this D would be ready for show, display or a museum.
