TRACTOR HAS BEEN SHED/GARAGE KEPT. PAINT IS ALL ORIGINAL EXEPT THE CANOPY WAS FADED AND I REPAINTED IT ALONG WITH THE FRONT AXLE OUTSIDE THE WHEELS. TRACTOR HAS BEEN WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND NOT ABUSED. THE PAINT IS ORIGINAL BUT NOT PERFECT, HAS FADED SOME AND HAS SCRATCHES AND PAINT IS WORN FROM NORMAL USE. TRACTOR HAS 1942 HOURS AND HOUR GAUGE/INSTRUMENTATION WAS REPLACED LAST WEEK (COST OF 800.00) ORIGINAL METER STOPPED WORKING 2 WEEKS AGO WHILE FINISHING UP MOWING. THIS TRACTOR HAS JUST BEEN USED FOR PROPERTY AND MAINTENANCE AND NOT FARMED. EVERYTHING ON THE TRACTOR WORKS AS IT SHOULD AND IS FRESHLY SERVICED. This listing is for a 2012 John Deere 1023e 4×4 Compact Tractor Loader Backhoe. This tractor starts right up, runs strong and does not smoke. The transmission is strong in both rages and so are the hydraulics. I did not get the three point hitch arms with the tractor but the three point hitch does work. The mower pictured is included at no extra charge and I think it’s all there, was taken off by the former owner because it was getting in the way. It is a 54 drive over with auto connect pto. Spare tire holder on trailer and comes with a spare. Takes a 2 ball, your vehicle will have to be equipped with a brake control box for the trailer brakes to work. Landpride Model RCR1260, 3 point, 5′ brush hog, med duty, shear pin protected gear box, used very little, plastic guard at gear box has a hole, only damage. “King Kutter” 5′ Boxblade, new. 70 binders and 2 ratchet straps.
