This listing is for a 2006 John Deere 4520 4×4 Compact Utility Tractor. This tractor was bought new by a golf course and just traded back into the dealer for new machines. We removed the turf tires and replaced them with brand new R4 tires and brand new wheels. The tractor fires right up, runs strong and does not smoke. There are no leaks and it was very well maintained. Everything works 100% as it should with no problems. This tractor has the loader valve and rear power beyond already installed so you can add a loader and backhoe. There is also one set of hydraulic remotes on the back. Thanks for looking, Tony. John Deere 1025R 4WD diesel, hydrostatic drive tractor with Deere loader and backhoe. This 2014 has just 80 Hrs. And is in excellent condition! The 3 point hitch arms are missing and are not included in the sale. The books are also missing. The tractor starts, runs and works great and appears to have had light use, but I have done some touch up, especially the buckets. It still has some scratches here and there, I would say it was used to push brush as the front screen has a small hole/ dent. The machine was just cleaned, serviced and greased. Kubota TL1000 Self Leveling Loader, With Skid Steer Quick Attach Bucket, 72 Wide Bucket, 2700 Pound Lift Capacity. Kubota BT1000 SubFrame Mount Quick Attach Backhoe, 10 Foot Digging Depth Backhoe, 18 Wide Bucket. The Kubota L39 is Kubota’s mid size commercial duty backhoe machine. Since they are designed for commercial work, they have plenty of power for heavy duty work, and more demanding jobs. The L39 has Kubota’s Glide Shift Transmission, which is essentially a hydraulic shuttle shift. The lever on the left side of the steering wheel is for front and back motion. While there is a shifter on the right side of the seat with gears 1-12, all shiftable without a clutch and while on the go. People accustomed to full size backhoe torque converters will feel right at home with this transmission. The loader has a self leveling feature that can be switch on and off with a small lever below the loader control. The loader also has the universal skid steer style quick attach so you can easily switch between front attachments. The backhoe is a quick attach design, that can be removed in minutes without tools. The backhoe also has a quick attach system to switch between buckets. The seat spins around for backhoe work and you can switch between loader and backhoe operation without dismounting the tractor. This is a super nice L39, that was well cared for. All the pivots are tight and I see no hydraulic leaks or drips. Everything runs and operates very well and shows very few signs of wear. It is getting harder to find these commercial units in nice condition. The tractor looks and operates like a machine with 200 hours!!! This is also a pre-emission model machine. There are no complicated computer systems, DEF, or DPF. These are very simple and reliable machines that will likely outlast its newer replacement, with lower operating costs. This L39 is ready to go to work and ready to run. This is an extremely nice Kubota TLB package and is ready to go to work for you!
