This 990 has the very good standard gear shift transmission. The easy to use standard transmission is powerful, quick and will last a lifetime – longer than any other transmission made including hydro hydrostatic. The gear shift lever selects 1 of 4 Forward gears or can go reverse. The Range shift lever selects a high or low range giving you 8 Forward and 2 Reverse. And it performed very well in doing that. It has 789 hrs, full synthetic oil since new. There have been a number of modifications done to it. Wheel adapters that allow an 8 bolt lug pattern to be used. The blade is power up and down and one can actually dig holes with it, or stack logs as I did. Comes with the tilt bucket and all accessories pictured. 3 sets of wheels. 9.50/16 loaded AG tires, with horseshoe chains, 16.5/12.5/33 with mismatched tires and 285/70/17 on gen 2 Dodge rims. Miscellaneous spares, fuel filter, clutch cable. I park it up on a ramp as the right side rear axle leaks gear oil. It seldom gets used so I never addressed it. I have gear and hydraulic oil for it. Unless you can find one in the Pasquali museum, I would think this one of the best in the country.
