1961 John Deere 1010 Diesel Tractor, Original
John Deere 1010 diesel. 1961 according to the vin number. Shifter is on the dash. Since this picture was taken I’ve changed the engine oil and filter, serviced the fuel system with all new filters, flushed the fuel tank, new battery, new battery cables, flushed the cooling system and new antifreeze. Currently the engine is stuck. I have the injectors removed and all cylinders soaking. The rear tires leak down. Tractor has very nice sheet metal. Has original seat but needs replaced. It will try to start with the key, starter engages but engine is stuck. Would make an awesome tractor with a little more work. Please see pics for details and condition.
