This is a nice package with the Kubota subframe backhoe that is hard to find. The subframe backhoe is very powerful and fits nicely on the tractor. The seat swivels around to switch between loader and backhoe work. The backhoe is thumb ready and one could easily be added. With 26 HP and a 3 range hydrostatic transmission this tractor has a lot of power and is very easy to operate. Perfect machine for the homeowner for landscaping and property maintenance. I bought this diesel kubota 4×4 hydrostatic tractor three years ago to mow my 5 acre lawn, plow snow, and do odd jobs around the homestead. It has always been kept in my 3-car attached garage at my house when not in use. It has only 39 hours on the meter. You won’t find anything closer to a new tractor without going to a kubota dealer. Diesel engine 26 hp (19 pto hp).

You must pick it on or before july 30th as i will be moving away and the house goes back to the landlord at that point. I can’t store it past that date.

I forgot to mention, the backhoe is equipped with a mechanical thumb, the front loader is also quick attach, and the manuals are also included.
