2016 Nortrac XT35D Dozer Bulldozer Tractor PTO 3 Point HitchSix Way Blade. 120 hours lightly used hours since new, over half of those were idle hours, so theres only about 60 hours on the undercarriage tracks, idlers, etc. Has a six-way blade up front and a PTO / 3 Point Hitch in the rear which is great! The PTO is used to drive accessories like brush hogs, chippers, or rototiller backhoe etc. 35hp diesel, manual transmission its not fast, but it can push and its great for hillsides! Ive used it entirely for mowing brush, pushing brush, and chipping brush. Runs perfect, never run hard and was over maintained. It is all stock except the seat belt which was which was replaced with a 3 racing style belt (the stock belt was useless). Feel free to contact me with questions. 1977 Yanmar YM2000 24hp Diesel Tractor with Sitrex 5′ finishing mower and 6′ blade. Starts instantly, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t leak. New battery and seat last season. New front tires and mower blades 3 seasons ago. Rear tires are original, but in great shape, due to being kept indoors I’m sure. Moving, and no place to store it, so it needs to go. This has been an excellent tractor, and will give fantastic service to the new owner. The only thing that doesn’t work are the turn signals. But that’s just a loose wire. Not willing to split up the mower or blade, this is a package deal and everything needs to go. You’ll need a 16′ trailer or longer to get everything, and someone to help lift the blade. Or we can hook the tractor up to it to load it, just have to disconnect the mower. Comes with manual and 3 spare oil filters. If you’re going to be using this on hilly terrain, I’d add a Roll over Protection system/bar (ROPS) to it for maximum safety, but I wasn’t and never added it. A B7100HST Kubota with a five foot plow. A little over 1000 hours on the tractor. Plow has power angle and up and down. Plow can be used as a dozer blade with hydraulic force down. Went through this tractor two years ago and dissembled it and rebuilt the tractor. Has a little over 100 hours on a newer Engine. The old D750 has been removed and replaced with a D950 kubota engine. The improvements are a D950 with an actual water pump, more horse power, an actual alternator with internal regulator, new clutch and pressure plate, and a full set of gauges, external electric fan (only used when Brush Hogging), removed fuse holders and installed breaker panel for all electric devices. Nice rear tires and chains on the front tires. Standard on this Tractor is a full hydraulic 4×4 drive, a 3 point hitch with power up and down , a two speed PTO rear and mid, and two speed forward and reverse selector. This was one of the premier compact tractors and now with the more powerful engine is truly a beast. This can move a lot of snow. Check out the picture of the gauges, this was taken with the engine running. Great temperature, oil pressure and voltage. This Tractor is for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel.
