980 Kubota L295DT Tractor Diesel 4×4 w Brush Hog Snow Blower. This Kubota Tractor made in 1980 has a Kubota D1301-A 3 cylinder 30 HP Diesel engine that starts and runs very well. It has four wheel drive that works excellent, has a good working PTO and a three point hitch, The clutch works well. The brakes do not function and I suspect the lining need to be replaced. I never went anywhere fast enough to need using the brakes. Not a farmer but used it in the woods gathering firewood, blowing snow, mowing small fields, Hour gauge may not be accurate but I would estimate I used the tractor roughly a total of 40 hours each year for the last 36 years for a grand total of about 1440 hours. In 1980 Japan did not know how to rust proof their cars, trucks and tractors. This tractor is a prime example where the fenders has a lot of rust showing. Also the hood has a lot of dents from firewood chunks falling out of the overloaded front loader. The firewood pieces also knocked out the front lights so many times I disconnected the light circuit. The RPM gauge is not functioning correctly as it spins. Recently I sometimes will hear a belt screech that generally last less than a minute. These are the only items I know that are not working correctly. Last year, replaced the water pump, radiator, and alternator. Included in this Sale is a Woods Brush Hog which was only used to mow a few acre field a few times a year. It was stored inside except for a few years which accounts for the small pitting on the top. I dont know of anything wrong with it. Used only for snow removal in my 800 foot gravel driveway. Condition is shown in photos. Gear Box appears loose.
