This john Deere 1025R is in excellent condition and always garage kept. Used for a few light duty landscaping chores then owner decided he wanted a new truck. I have the manual and the three point hitch linkage for the JD 1025R. Very Very Nice and well taken care of. The owner touched up the backhoe bucket with a little black where he wore a little paint off from digging out a bush and also touched up the stabilizer pads where they touched the dirt when digging. Starts and runs excellent. These John Deere 1025Rs are great compact tractors and will save you lots of back pain and although they will not dig like a big backhoe are much better then digging by hand. Have seen some people do amazing projects with these small units and moved lots of dirt and material. John Deere does a great job with how easy the loader and backhoe can be removed and reattached. The loader does not get easier, just flip the two latches on the side frame with your foot and move the loader control lever to lift the boom up and instead the parking stand will go down and lift the loader right off the tractor, then just unhook the 4 hyd quick couplers and drive away. And the JD 260 backhoe is just as easy just put the bucket down and pull two pins and the use the backhoes hyds to lift the backhoe off the tractor and then unhook two hyd quick couplers and drive away. If you have a chance go to you tube and check out how easy a JD H120 loader and JD 260 backhoe are to remove and reattach. When I show people here how easy the loader comes off and the backhoe comes off there jaw drops. A mid mount 54″ or 60″ mower can be added at any time and are not to hard to find used. The tractor is all set up with the mid PTO. Great opportunity to save you thousands of dollars and you can tell your friends that you bought it new because it looks and runs like new. Take A Look At Quality. These 50HP Compact Tractors Are Very Very Hard To Find Used In This Condition. 2006 Model Kubota Grand L5030 Diesel Tractor, 50 HP, 580 Original Hours, 4×4. GST Trans (hyd shuttle forward and reverse and 1 thru 12 shift without the clutch GST trans), Power Steering With Tilt Wheel, Deluxe Seat, Foldable ROPs, Deluxe Three Point Hitch, Rear PTO, R4 Ind Tires, Front Tires 80%, Rear Tires 97% Tread, With Kubota LA853 Loader, Single Lever Loader Control, Universal Quick attach 72 HD Material Bucket With Bolt On Cutting Edge. Starts and runs excellent, shifts smooth and hyd are strong. All ways garage kept and just in excellent condition. Just looking for another job. These are the Grand L series Kubota Tractors. Total different tractor then the standard L models. The Grand L models have bigger engines, tougher trans, better hyds, bigger tires, loaders that lift more weight and lift higher. This Kubota Grand L5030 is in excellent condition and just a super tractor for mowing and loader chores and all other chores around your property. The GST trans is a great trans because it lets you shift from forward to reverse without using the foot clutch and also you can shift from 1 thru 12 on the go without using the clutch to go up or down in speeds. Great part of these GST trans is they are like a gear shift because it holds back going down hill and keeps its speed going up hill. Acts like a gear trans but much nicer to change direction ot speed. A hydro tractor will go faster down hill and then slow up when you go up hill. This Kubota Grand L5030 has been garge kept and is in excellent condition and super low hours, only 580. Had a great home and very very well taken care of. Has not been touched up or repainted anywhere I can see. And the Kubota LA853 loader is also excellent and has a single lever control with a universal quick attach, just like a skid loader so you can unhook the bucket and attach other attachments. The loader bucket is the HD material 72 bucket and also has the bolt on cutting edge. Just a much tougher bucket and will last so much longer. Just go price a New Kubota or other Brand 50 HP tractor and then you will see this is a great deal. When you get to these larger HP units they are hard to find used and then find a nice one, because most tractors this size went to commercial operators and when they trade them in they are rough rough rough. And when you get to the large frame compacts like this is they were made from 32 HP to 50 HP. The lower HP large frame size tractor are OK but doggy because you have the big tractor and heavier tractor but low HP. The high HP models made everyone happy with power and performance. Second problem is all the newer units will have the Tier 4 Emissions to deal with and after being in the equipment business for almost 40 years these prior model tractors before Tier 4 Emissions was required are just tough trouble free units. These prior tractors are going higher and higher in price because of the quality reputation they have and just so hard to find a low hour garage kept one available for sale. Just a great tractor for horse people that are going from little bales to large round or square bales. Lots of lifting power around 1600 lbs.
