John Deere 5105 Tractor with JD 521 Quick Attach Loader –46 HP. This tractor is a one owner tractor. Hours do not show on digital display. Owner stated in had approx. 850 hrs when the digital readout went out. He said probably has around 1200 actual hours now. Rear tires look to be the original tires. Tractor comes with a John Deere model 521 Loader and bucket (all quick attach). The tach is working. Nice Straight tractor that runs out great. No mechanical issues found on unit. Tractor has dual remote hydraulics which are currently being used for the loader. PTO comes on and stops as it should. 3 point Lift works fine and position control functions as designed. Sync Reverser Transmission with 8 forward and 4 reverse gears. Not counting weight of loader. 3 Point hitch on rear. John Deere diesel engine. 46 HP Engine and 45 HP PTO. Paint on tractor is in good condition. Loader bucket 74 looks like it hasn’t been used much. Lights, flashers and turn signals work! Front hydraulics on front loader. Kubota tl1000av loader with bucket and 2200 lb lifting capacity. Kubota bt1000a 10′ backhoe w/ 24 bucket. As expected, with only 54 hours, this tractor, loader, and backhoe are in excellent condition. There are a couple of minor scratches on the machine but otherwise this is an extremely nice. The machine includes an operator’s manual and has been checked over in our kubota certified shop to make sure no problems exist. All miles over 500 will be billed at $1.50 per loaded mile (one way). We have been a kubota dealer for over 30 years and check over all our machines thoroughly before they leave.
