Read below one of the side flail mowers has a bearing out also if you dont want the side cutters the location will remove the units at no charge for them! Located in Mississippi, this unit belonged to a local city government agency, was used by the city to cut grass around the city and maintained properly, it was replaced with a new tractor about 2 years ago and has sat idle not being used, tractor was used prior to that during the summer months to cut grass on street right of ways, was taken out of service due to a replacement schedule, not replaced because of issues or problems! Tractor cranks right up, runs good, engine is strong, transmission/clutch is good, hydraulics/pto and boom flail mowers work properly except for (1) side flail mower that has a bearing out, tire condition can be seen in the photos and the brakes work! The engine cranks right up with no problems or issues, does not run hot, slobber oil and has no blowby, the clutch operates great, all gears are in transmission, hydraulics work great, cutters work properly although one side is disconnected and has no belt on it because it has a bearing out, you will need to have the bearing replaced and a belt put back on/hydraulic line re-connected to put back in service look at the photos in the last photo link which show the underside of that side mower, the Kubota orange paint is a little faded/discolored on the hood but not bad, other than that it has normal scratches, dings and wear on it, one of the headlights is out, the front hydraulic tank cap was missing when photographed but it will have a new one on it before it sells and photo added, in the event you do not want the side flail mowers the shop location will remove them for no cost to be able to keep them, if you do plan to keep the mowers on a bearing will have to be installed on the one side and new belts put on it, other than that the tractor needs a good servicing and lubrication from one end to the other, nothing is rusted up or not working but you can tell it has been sitting up for some time not being used, needs greasing, lubricating, servicing and put to work, other than that what you see is what you get!
