John Deere 1445 series 2 front mower- 2wd, Yanmar diesel, about 30hp, hydro transmission with separate steering brakes, diff lock. Believe unit is in the mid 2000’s but the deck is newer, 2017 or 2018 I believe. Starts, runs, operates excellent. Cosmetic condition as seen n pictures, pretty respectable but not perfect as it is used- About 3350 hours. Comes with spare set of blades, think I also have manual if I can find it. Look us up, small company here in Vt. Good unit, we’ve mowed the shop lawn with it several times. Only issue I’ve seen is one steer tire has a slow leak, have to pump up every couple weeks.

Simplicity 4040 Farm Tractor Starts and runs good, hydraulics work also. The lights and the pto switch are not hooked up. Fresh fluid and filter change. Carburetor could use cleaned or rebuilt. Partial choke needed at low idle.
