John Deere 2155 diesel tractor
Bush hog is not included. Only used to demonstrate lift and pto operation in video.. This 2155 is not pretty. But, it is sound and good. It absolutely functions great!! I don’t know of any leaks or mechanical problems with this tractor. The 55 series are some of John Deere’s best tractors. New enough to be modern. But, old enough to be simple. (it is a live 2-stage). No hydraulic hi lo clutch pack. (it is an 8-speed manual). No electronic fuel injection pump. This 2155 starts instantly and runs smooth and strong. No missing, no smoking. The lift is strong and quick. The PTO works like it is supposed to. The 2-stage clutch works correctly also. The brakes are powerful. The power steering is effortless. Steer it with one finger. As I said, Not pretty. And, about 1/2 the price of one like it in pristine condition. If You are looking for a dependable and affordable diesel tractor. This 2155 is a perfect choice.
