John Deere 2320 4wd Tractor With Cab, runs/operates well but needs some work
Just in, fresh trade in. John Deere 2320 tractor. Unit does need some work so please read all of listing! Believe to be a 2009 unit but have not verified. 3 cyl yanmar Diesel engine, 4 wheel drive, hydrostatic trans, rear 3 point hitch and pto. No attachments with this unit other than the cab. It has heater and wiper. Only 713 hours on tractor. Units starts and runs very well, trans works great, 3 pt and pto work great as well. Here is the problem, unit needs output shaft on transfer case for 4wd. Customer was brushogging and got some tall grass would around shaft without knowing it. Eventually enough wrapped around it and would up snapping shaft where it comes out of the case. It does drive fine as is but 4wd does not work. The driveshaft is just bungee corded in place at the moment, you could take it off and use it as a 2wd if desired. The mid pto shaft is fine, rear pto is fine just to avoid any confusion. Its just the 4wd output shaft that is broken. The part itself is probably not too bad (haven’t checked into it though) but I do believe you have to split it to fix it involving a fair amount of labor. Great project for the right person we just don’t have the time to deal with it right meow. Rest of the tractor in nice shape from what I can see. Cosmetics are pretty good. Panels pretty straight, no major dents or deep gouges that I saw. Little bit of surface rust on any bare surface but no rot seen on tractor. Couple light rust spots on a couple cab panels but not bad. Call for more pictures if needed or feel free to come take a look. Unit was used to blow snow so shows some use but not a rot box by any means. Great bargain for the right person. Must be tractor trailer accessible with loading dock. Prefer bank to bank wire or cash in person. Can take up to two weeks. Was removed to fit in a low garage.
