This tractor looks new and I baby it. There is cardboard on the floor since the first day it was bought. It even smells like when I first got it, because I keep the doors shut on it at all times. I keep the interior clean and use seat covers. It was always parked inside a temperature-controlled insulated enclosed barn so rubber hoses and tires are perfect without any dry rot or cracks. Please check out the cost of a new 6R185 or 6R195. We have several tractors that my ranch manager uses to maintain our ranch. This is my personal tractor that I use just for “fun” when mowing the pasture with my daughter. I bought it because the R is so luxurious. It has a buddy seat and is a lot more comfortable than a similar tractor with singles. My daughter has grown up now and doesn’t ride with me anymore, so I haven’t been using the tractor nearly as much as I used to. The tractor works perfectly without any issues or leaks. It was used just to run a 15′ shredder so the tires are not even worn. I had the shredder mounted on a hitch ball, so the draw bear has no wear. The tractor is meticulously maintained. It’s always on a battery tender when not in use. I only using Amsoil full synthetic oils and always use diesel additives to prevent engine wear. I always keep fresh diesel in it and warm up the tractor at least once a month to keep water out of the oil. When I run it, it’s usually run at higher RPMs, which is better for diesel engines. I only use Amsoil or TRC grease and do it more than the recommended frequency. I’m adamant about changing the air filters regularly… With these pre-DEF models, it’s also very easy to run a tuner to get 30-52 additional horsepower (approx 220-242 hp total) for fairly cheap. I was planning on doing this and possibly using this with a dirt pan, so I had JD install the 900# weights on the inner wheels. It has the deluxe cab with premium radio. The three hydraulic valves are electronic, so the cab is very quiet even at full throttle. The valves are breakaway. It has the AutoQuad transmission so one just pushes a button to change gears. It also has a monitor bracket, so my daughter and I could watch movies on her ipad while we mowed. The tint is 20% and is the most expensive 3M full ceramic. The AC blows ice cold. My daughter would often wear a jacket when it was 100 degrees outside. The heater also works perfectly. I added a JD quick-hitch that is category 3. I have never used it for its intended purpose, but it is really useful for tying up hydraulic hoses out of the way. The antenna is taken off for transport, but it is included along with the extra PTO shaft and manual. Again, this tractor is one of the cleanest you will be able to find anywhere. Should be cheaper than one can find anywhere else (with similar condition/hours). I will even price-match if you can find one cheaper. Please note that a deposit will need to be paid for me to hold the tractor for you.

Up for sale is a John Deere 40V Vegetable tractor; this is the 12th produced tractor out of only 329 made. The tractor runs and drives very good, but it will need full restoration, such as 4 new tires, sheetmetal work, etc etc. Also the rear axles have been cut, they can be smoothed with a grinder or they will need to be replaced with 40W axles. I’m describing this tractor to the best of my abilities, keep in mind this is a 68 year old tractor, please do not expect perfect. This would be a great restoration for a young collector who might want something uncommon in their collection. I would like Cash for the tractor if purchasing. 1958 BUNGARTZ T5 TRACTOR. Everhard Bungartz started Bungartz & Co. In Munich in 1934 to build a small, lightweight 2-seat automobile. Less than successful, the company turned to building trailers for agricultural applications, camping and luggage. Agricultural tillers were another product which soon induced Bungartz to manufacture low powered walk-behind tractors to power them. Bungartz began to design larger tractors to respond to improving economic conditions after World War II as well as a more adaptable tractor than just the tillers that had contributed to Bungartz tractors’ success. The first generation of these multi-purpose tractors was the walk-behind Bungartz U1. It was succeeded in 1953 by the Bungartz L5. Bungartz began to build four-wheel tractors in 1953 with the production model T3 which also introduced automatically applied rear wheel brakes which interacted with the acute angle steering to reduce the turning circle. The Bungartz T5 followed in 1956. Conceived for row crops and maintenance, the Bungartz T5 featured a highly specialized 90 degree steering system which in concert with the automatically applied rear brakes gave the T5 a turning circle of just 5′9. It also had an engine driven hydraulic implement lift, 2-speed transfer case and a 4-speed gearbox. The Bungartz T5 was an extremely adaptable, practical and utilitarian power tractor for tight gardens, vineyards and nurseries. The Paine Collection’s 1958 Bungartz T5 is powered by a 13hp Hatz E89FG single cylinder 4-stroke diesel engine. It is in lightly used condition, equipped with a Bungartz rear-mounted power tiller and engine-powered hydraulic implement lift. Suitable for a collector who appreciates an unusual and unusually capable tractor for nursery, yard or large garden, it comes with its owner’s manual and a factory parts list which is important and valuable since parts are still available from successor companies in Europe. This is a very cool and unusual little tractor, in sound and lightly used condition which combines exceptional utility, rarity and capabilities in a package that is ready to be driven, used and enjoyed.
