This is an oliver 880 lp standard. I bought it late last summer in hopes of restoring it. I bought as a true lp. After getting it home, i discovered it was converted to gasoline. I have not done anything with it since so i need to get rid of it.

It does have a good tag that goes with it but i don’t know if it is the original tag. Rear tires are in very good shape as seen in the pictures. Tractor seems to be complete. This would be a great tractor for the oliver enthusiast. A little time and elbow grease may get this tractor revived again.

The tractor is for sale locally. I have described it to the best of my knowledge. I can store tractor for up to a year but must be paid in 10 days. I do have a dock and can help load. Please call me with any questions and i will try to answer.

1956 john deere 70 standard diesel tractor serial number 7036848, this tractor came froma dry western climate, the sheetmetal is solid, the hood is near perfect, grill has a few dings one of the fenders is very good the other has a dent on bottom corner, battery box is good and has one john deere step on rear, very restorable and solid metal the fenders are not rusted on the inside by the brackets, this tractor was a pony start but has been converted to 12 volt electric start, it always fires right up, the original tach works and reads 7843 hours, oil pressure is good and high, engine does not smoke, there is a little rattle coming from valve cover but runs good, the rear rims are good and solid, rear tires are 18.4/30 at90% older tires few cracks and will last fro many years, front tires are 90% and in good condition, tractor has hyds, good working live pto, and also comes with a rare rockshaft so you could put a three point on it if you desire, not many of these had this option, the clutch and transmission work good, has hi/lo and it works good, the brakes do work the left works great the right works about 50%, it has power steering it can be a bit sluggish, it seems to have a power steering leak, not a bad leak as it wont leave a puddle minor leak but does have a drip.

John deere 630 gas standard tractor. This is a very good running tractor. The paint is in great condition and all the sheet-metal this very straight. The engine starts easy and runs out great there is no leaks.

1956 john deere 60 high standard serial number 6061111, this tractor is running in the photos and has a good motor with high oil pressure and no smoke, i have owned it for about 3 years, it has been sitting in my shed and started occasionally, it is in very nice condition good paint and the sheetmetal is good and solid, this tractor would be a great parade or show tractor, it is dusty and dirty in the photos but will clean up easily, it is not perfect the paint is very good but not a new car finish, the clutch, transmission, pto and brakes all work very good, it also has the rare rockshaft ont he rear so you cou0ld put a 3 point it if desired, also has hyds. The rear tires are 16.9/30 and are 80% tread they are older tires and do have some cracks but have never leaked any air and will last for a long time, the rims are very good and solid, the throttle will ease back just needs to be tightened up a bit, there is some dirt in carb.

Prior to that, my neighbor had tractor for 15 to 20 years. This is a genuine 730 standard (wheatland). It has the factory 3 point hitch with top link. Very few wheatland tractors came with a 3 point.

The draft arms are the square type made only for the standard and are about impossible to find. Tires have good tread, but are weather checked. Electric start with 2 new 12 volt batteries.

Front lights all work good. Has front weight and side weights. Runs and operates as it should. I put 15 hours on this tractor last spring pulling 4-16’s. The best therapy is moldboard plowing with a 730 or 830… Paint and body is excellent. Tractor has some scratches and paint chipping here and there, but still looks great. I have made it a point to use this tractor yearly and keep it serviced. Has the float ride seat. Has fuel shutoff and compression release. I have the clutch cover. Not showing in pictures, but i will see that it gets put on there. Wire to the rear light needs to be replaced. (we have had those weights for 55 years).
